The Birth of a habit that you one time loved, but now your fighting like mad to get rid of is a nourishing factor why you got that good-bad habit in the first place. This is so good, that cigarette tastes so good, this is so cool,it makes me feel good, there is nothing like this, this is the best!You nurtured that habit in to existence, you feed it, you cared for it, you brought it to life,you are responsible for your having that bad habit! Any bad habit you have was at one time a good habit to you that you nurtured in to existence! Now you want to betray that bad habit that you nurtured to life and conditioned yourself to have, you want to dump it, get rid of it out of your life! This with the conditioning from the world around us forms our good-bad habit, You might of got that good-bad habit because you were living under some condition that you were forced to compensate for to live under those conditions, but you choose that habit and nurtured it in to existence! So that good-bad habit was your choice!
We are influenced by the world around us by the people we listen to, the people we hang out with, our friend and relatives, they have a big influence on us and what we do! If you are continually told that you are a certain way then you will either accept it or fight back against believing that you are that way! This is the beginning of the choices we make that forms the way we are and our habits! The conditioning around us is formed by the choices we continually make towards the actions and behaviors of others we hang around with. If we accept those behaviors, then we might pick them up from thous that are around us, but if we don’t accept thous behaviors,then we are less likely to pick them up! The choose is ours but it depends on how much we are influenced by thous around us! If we are easily influenced by others then we are going to accept those chooses and they will become a part of our life. So you can be easily be influenced to keep that good-bad habit by the people you hang out with. If you really want to break that Good-Bad habit and you are easily influenced by that certain person then your going to have to make some serious choices about not hanging out with that person so much or just getting away from that persons influence or you are not likely to break that bad habit, You can talk to the person about it but that don’t always work and its not a good idea to try and tell other people how to live just because you are trying to brake a Good-Bad habit!
So we listen to the ideas of others and either accept them or not, but the choice is ours! In order to break that good-bad habit we are going to have to make choices, we made choices to get that habit now we are going to have to make choices to get rid of it! we praised That Good-bad habit, we nurtured it, we cared for it! now we don’t want it any more we are going to have to stop nourishing , feeding and caring for that Good-bad habit! We are going to have to say bad things about it. We are going to have to believe it is all bad and not tell ourselves, It taste so Good, or how good it feels or any other good thing that is good that you might think about it. your going to have to replace your thinking about it as all bad thoughts about it. Your going to have to demonize it and preferable replace it with another good habit that is so much better than that puny bad habit! That bad habit is the pits and this other super-good habit is a hundred percent better! this good habit is worth so much more than that bad habit could ever be! Do you really want to get rid of a bad habit and have you really decided that it is bad! Maybe your still thinking how good that habit is. For example: but it taste so good, but it makes me feel so good, but it relaxes me, and all the good things your saying about that bad habit, you’ve got a list of things that you think is good about that bad habit. Now do you really want to get rid of that bad habit or was that some bodies elses Idea. Just imagine that , they think you should quit it , but deep down inside you still got a hundred things that you think is good about it. If you are really committed and you really want to quite it then you’ll have to start a finding the hundred of things that are bad about it. and get rid of the good you think about it ,get rid of those hundreds of things that you think about it is good. your going to struggle with that bad habit till you think it is totally bad. and deep down inside you dont really want to get rid of it and the only way your going lose is if you quit!
Now ask yourself Do you really,really want to quit that bad habit! then get committed and start on that struggle, Find something that you have a hundred good things about to replace it. Enjoy those good things about it, I got this and its so much better then that bad habit could ever be. I am going for this, that bad habit is not worth losing this! this is the beginning of breaking free of that bad habit. Now don’t hang around all those people that are enforcing you to still see that bad habit as good, by telling you but this is so delicious or How could you even think about given this up and the hundreds of other things they will say to you ,enforcing your belief that that habit is good ,you don’t need that ,your trying to break free of that bad habit , and you do’nt need somebody enforcing your beliefs that it is’nt bad. that includes the media the radio and tv with all there commercials to enforce your belief that that bad habit is not bad, but good, and as long as you think it is good you’ll never break free. you got to really believe that, that bad habit is bad ,it’s evil and its keeping you from doing what you really want!
When you start to thinking about the good things about that bad habit, then start thinking about what you want to replace it with and how good that is and this bad habit is keeping me from having that.and I can have this it’s so much better and enjoy that good habit and dump the bad. This is only the beginning of breaking free of that bad habit but if you can master this you will break free of that bad habit. What do you Do,BE,Say,Or Act? What is your environmental situation? We come into this world and are conditioned by our parents, relatives, and other people around as. You are taught some what how to think or we pick it up by how the other people around as are ,Be , Do, or say, and act. we get to thinking thats the way to think or be or,do and act, This idea or thinking is picked up by the environment we live around and the actions and attitudes or people around us. A sense that we get from the world around as about how to do these things. Now another person could be living in another environment and be thinking in a whole different way about how they should Do things, or How they should Be or what to say and what to do or how to act in different situation. Our parents are brought into this world in the same situation and also pick up How to Do BE,Say and act from the world situations in which they live in. And there parents before them , and there parents before them, so it is picked up from our relatives through out the generations and passed down through to our generation, to some what extent. This is the world the way it is for us, but thousands of others people are living in a thousand of other worlds with a thousand other ways of Doing, Being Saying And Acting. No two people think the same about all that is there world. So we are conditioned by the world we live in and there are a million of other worlds that people live in. and this all is worked on by the people that are in control of society, which has conditioned us through out the years, and decade, through out centurys. To the point where they are almost able to and know how to control us in any situation even though we all think different and if they can’t control us they govern over us, So you see if I explained and clarified this enough so you can understand that, we haven’t chosen our own way of Doing things, or being , or what to say do or how to act, we have been worked on to be in a narrow world with very little choices ,our choices have been narrowed down and we have been conditioned by the world around us. Now I don’t want you to think that I am going crazy with this but you have to know this and work with it to take control of your life and make it the way you want it. and to brake bad habits, habits that you decide you dont want not habits that someone else decides you should not have. so your environment, your atmosphere, your surroundings that you live in has a big influance on weather you’ll keep that bad habit that you don’t want or brake free of it, You will never brake free of lets say eating candy , if you are around people that are continuely urgeing you to have another candy bar , while you been addicted to them for years and there is a commercial on every five minutes advertising a candy bar and telling you how good it is. you have to totally condition yourself that it is bad and want not to eat candy bars yourself first. you have to know the millions of things that are bad with eating a candy bar , and consintrate your thought on that instead or the millions of things that you have thought are good about the candy bar that keep you eating it , you have to demonize eatihg candy bars and have more reasons why they are bad for you then good reasons for eating them. Alot of you want to learn more about what I wrote about in Its time to come into your power and in the article Not for the week in heart! I’ll post more blogs on this subject, beginning with one by this weekend. Some of you want to learn more about developing a website or blog, I am not an expert on the subject and I am still learning more on the subject, but I made my website blog a little bit at a time to the point where it is now and I am still working on making it better. If you want you can post more questions in the comments and I will try to answer them! About the rss and the subscription site in the side bar, a few people have been having trouble with that , I don’t know if you are trying to use the site where it says rss or are going to the subscription site where you enter your e-mail and press the subscription button, try going to the subscription and enter your e-mail address then press the botton and if you dont get an e-mail in your mail box place a comment and let me know, If you use the subscription site in the side bar you should get an e-mail every time I post a new blog, please try that!
I called HostGator and they said the subscription site was working, even thow people have told me they subscribed to the rss ,but I dont know if they subscribed by going to where it says rss in the side bar or went to subscription site , these are two different places in the sidebar, please let me know! One person wanted me to prolong the articles ,make them longer, that might be good for some but not for others, I’ll see what I can do about that ,time promiting! Its allways been the process in history to demonize there enemies, they done this through out history and they still do it today! The preacher preaches about how those demons are,and makes them scary by telling stories about them, weather those stories are true or not, the preacher does so to make the sheep scared of them so they will stay away from them. He makes them live in fear, but should you be influenced by there fear tactics and live in fear of these demons the rest of your life,its a process to control what you do, How you think,and how you act, its brain washing control.
So you make your enemies into demons and you get everybody scared of them and you control those people and how they think towards them, Do you have any right? you are making those people dependent on you!
But for the purpose of controling yourself, you have your bad habits, if you have decided that they are really bad habits , not some one elses decision but yours that those habits are bad and not good its your choice and lets say you demonize those bad habits ( your useing hypnotism on yourself) then youll not want to do those bad habits anymore, attaching evil to those bad habits and good to some good habit to replace it, then youll eventually be pulled towards those good habits and be come free of your unwanted bad habit, but you have to make those choices for yourself, your an individual not a communist
If you tell youself that you want to be some way and you set a goal and aim towards it , and you demonize your bad habits and attach good to the new habits or way you want to be . then youll be pulled towards the good habit and eventually the bad habit will be pushed away and youll become free of your bad habits. this will work if your not being brain washed by people and the media that your good habit is bad! you have to control your enviornment or someone else will control it for you! wizardQi

So they say what do you want to do with your life? So many people waste it on the TV, they live for somebody else! They get bossed around and told what to do ,ALL there decisions are made by somebody else! They live a prefabed Peer life , but when it comes to making desicions they haven’t got the heart to make them for themselfs there dependant on everybody else to make there big choices for them , they are wimps, running away from there lifes by hideing behind someone else. if they ever had to stand alone, they with go to peices, always got to see what somebody else with do and not living up to what they have to do for themselfs! Running away from true work, always doing for somebody else, but never living up to you have to do for and by yourselfs! that is the only way you will learn ,if you take the bull by the horn and take charge of your life , turning from all the nay sayers – you cant do this ,you cant do that, there is more then enough of that to go around and youll never do anything as long as you listern to the doubt and nay sayer preaching to you, I say befriend them ,there are enough people to steal your dreams away from you , and boss you to do there goals, if you like that just go get a job , then you can work for him and his goals all your life and never truely work towards your goals, People are more willing to work for somebodies elses goals then work for there own, they got to live there hypnotised life , they got to have a comerical to tell them what to do! If I look for opinions from someone then if I do it and it dont work, then iTs somebody esles falt, scared to make mastakes and do something wrong! you withnt want to make a mistake , your peers tell you that it has to be perfect the first time and that what they condition you to believe when you work for there goals at ther job. and if you work for them youll waste more time not working towards your goals and acomplishing them! Dont worry the slave owners will tell you How to act, what to say , What to Do and how to live, But do you ever ask you self is that how I want to be , to DO,to Act and to live! most of those things people are conditioned to ,do, be, act, and live! Its easyer to take charge of them if they have that done to them

I want to say that these drug companys that with have everyone on drugs for life,are not going to heal you they will only make your situation worse and multiply your problems! these drug companys are in the bussiness of making money, not curing you of any disease! they are a monopoly, and they come out of world war 2, they will harm you not help you! Turn to alternatives,Herbs and diet, but stay away from these drugs unless they are forced down your throat, by puting you in a hospital for life if you dont take them. These drug companys are nazis come to life to give death! They force there medicine down your throat, Its Quackery! Choose Health don’t be a part of or support the drug companys or the doctors that perscribe there Quackery! Thats enought Ranting! Truely these are trying times if you keep you eyes on what is going on in the world( provideing you can trust your media for the right information, so many want to lead you down different paths for there benefit not yours) But in order to keep your power you have to work around your world and your life! You need to be in charge of your world,life! Decideing, you have made your own chooses ,not your peers, or your friends choose , but yours. You build your world by controling your environment, your surroundings as much as possiable, working towards your goals, not your peers goal! That way you know what you want to head to and you keep heading towards it. You dont hang around people that tell you ,you cant make it that with only build doubt in you over time! If your against control go somewhere else. you’ve got to be in control of your life or someone else will control it. Eather you control or someone else will, there is no way around it! The object of power is believing that you have It! Often times when you think that you are helpless , you actually have more power then you think! You don’t have to put up with everything ,You don’t have to go along! You can chart Your own course ,You can make you own plans, resistance , Disagreeing holding back! Knowing that you have certain human rights and exercising those rights! I am not going to be treated like this! you have your own way , but I am not hanging around you anymore! I have a right to live the way I want to! The biggest way they keep people captive is through ignorance, if you don’t know the law and they tell You ,You that you have to do something and it’s not the law you might think you are captive to them when you are not! So they hold people back through ignorance of the law! You don’t know the laws so you think it is that way! Knowledge is Power! Our court systems take advantage of ignorance, many cases people could have walked away ,if only they had of known the law!
A lot of people hold their power through telling people that it is this way when it is not, So it makes sense to double-check what one person tells you from another source! It might not be that way! perhaps they are on a power trip, thinking there something there not! you got to remember that you have just as much power as they have( even though they are wareing that shiny uniform) You always have the power, it whether you exercise it or not that’s going to make the difference!
Silence can be just as powerful as speaking up if used the right way! what they don’t know about you may detour them! So it is wise to use speaking and silence at the right time! I am on a journey and that is not to become a whinny , strengthless weakling ,but a strong ,powerfull moving force, not blown in the wind, to come in to the power to take control of all aspects of my life , moving toward better Health, Better fitness, and to over come the bad habits that I really dont want and to come in to my power.
A Powerless person or a person that dont believe in Her,Him self is blown in the wind and the wind blows it anyway it wants it to, in to the dark recesses of the woods that are unknown to her,him so they are scared and helpless in the woods. You dont have to let the wind blow you and be powerless, You can take charge of you and there for fight back, resistance isnt always bad the deer resist being killed in the woods and will fight back in some shape,form or matter of way that it can ,It has a since to protect it self. Humans dont always have that since.
You have to keep a positive powerfull outlook that ames you towards keeping in charge of your life and knowning that you can come through any situation and be on top, that you can handle any thing that can come upon you. there are ways of being that way! Power isnt bad ,It puts you in charge of your life. It protect you from evil people or things,it saves your life ,but that is self power!
